Dr Ali Safaei

Dr Ali Safaei graduated dentistry in 1991 From the University of Tehran. After graduating dental school he worked in an orthodontic specialty clinic and then in periodontics gathering experience while contemplating which areas of Dentistry he would be more interested to pursue.

”After years of working as a general dentist and attending hundreds of hours of continuing education in different areas of dentistry, seeing the constant change that happens in our industry, I am happy about my general dentistry practice. It has been an exciting era in our industry with new technologies and treatment modalities such as implants, Invisalign, Cerec, Cad Cam, CT scans, lasers etc. These have transformed how we think about oral health and delivering the services to our patients”

Dr Safaei moved to Vancouver and has been practicing in the Lower Mainland since 1999. He constantly strives to improve and hone his dental/surgical skills, and would love to provide dental excellence for you and your family!

Dr Safaei speaks English and Farsi.

Dr Özlem Sengezer

General Dentist | Endodontics, Restorative & Cosmetic Dentistry

Dr. Özlem Sengezer brings extensive clinical experience and a passion for patient-centred dental care to Scotia Tower Dental Group.

Born and raised in Türkiye, Dr. Sengezer graduated from Ankara University and spent 13 years practising dentistry and endodontics in a hospital setting. During this time, she developed considerable experience in root canal treatment, restorative dentistry, and managing complex dental cases.

After moving to Vancouver, Dr. Sengezer completed the requirements for Canadian dental licensure and began practising in British Columbia in 2025.

As a general dentist, she provides comprehensive dental care, with a particular focus on endodontics (root canal therapy), restorative procedures, and cosmetic dentistry. Her clinical background allows her to approach treatment with precision, attention to detail, and an emphasis on preserving natural teeth whenever possible.

Dr. Sengezer joined Scotia Tower Dental Group in late 2025 and has become an integral member of our team, contributing to the practice’s continued growth following our move to our new, modern facility in downtown Vancouver.

Fluent in English and Turkish, Dr. Sengezer is committed to helping patients feel comfortable, informed, and confident throughout their dental treatment.
